Zinaida Rotari
Zina Rotari has over 10 years experience in the elderly care field. She has been with BEC since 2016 and has shown commitment, dedication, to caring for residents at BEC.
Her home cooked meals are phenomenal and get praise from the residents and anyone that tastes her food. Not only does she cook really tasty food, but she also keeps the home superbly clean and fresh.
The residents are enjoy having her around and are kept dry and clean at all times. When you enter the home there is no smell of urine or any foul smells. Even though part of the job is to clean up after someone that may have soiled themselves.
Zina takes care of any needs right away. Bellevue Elderly Care is lucky to have Zina be part of the team.

In her personal life Zina is a family woman with a loving husband and many children. She herself comes from a big family of siblings.
Mariana Chirtoaca
Mariana Chirtoaca is a young and sweet caregiver. She has been taken under Zina’s wing and has worked alongside her for most of her time here at BEC. She was hired a year after Zina and they have been a great team ever since. She is quick to answer any calls from the residents and is a great comfort to them.
Her smile and gentle approach to taking care of the most vulnerable people among us is something to be emulated by us all. She has worked full time and part time at BEC.
She is still learning more and more as she is caring for the Residents at Bellevue Elderly Care.
She is also studying to do more for people who need her help.

Gaby Manisor
Gabystarted working for BEC in 2018 alongside her husband Dan Manisor. Gaby has had over 10 years of direct experience with the elderly. She lives on site and helps out even when she is not on the “clock”.
Gaby and her husband work the bulk of the days at EEC. Ga by has enough experience to open up her own Adult Family Home, but is content with care giving.
She would rather focus on patient care rather than all the other things that owning a business needs to do. She is very good at keeping the medication in order.
Just like Zina, she is awesome at keeping the home and residents clean. She is more than just a caregiver; she goes above and beyond in everything she does.
Because of her experience, she quickly sees and realizes if there is something wrong with anyone and quickly brings it up to the proper person.
Dan Manisor
Dan started working for BEC in 2018 alongside his wife. He also lives on-site and goes above and beyond his responsibilities. He is such a gentleman and very respectful to everyone. He takes his time with each resident and makes sure they are not rushed or feeling uncomfortable. Even when the residents are not able to communicate, Dan will still communicate with them through his body language, and he is able to understand what the person needs or wants based on their body language. He actually does a lot of the cooking with Gaby. And he is a great cook. Dan and Gaby are a great team. They work together seamlessly. It has been a privilege for BEC to have Dan and Gaby work here. They are both a very solid foundation. They work the day shift the majority of the days.
