Does the client have dementia or Alzheimer’s? Does the client wake up at night or sleep through it? Are they able to feed themselves or bathe by themselves? These are all factors that go into the pricing. Our home will be fully designed for the elderly to live comfortably and have all the amenities needed. The starting price is from $5,000 a month to $9,000 a month.
Customers
Our target customer is the family members of an elderly person. Usually, by the time someone is looking for a place like ours, the family is already making decisions for them. The resident is often living with their children and their children do not have the time or expertise to take care of an elderly person (their mother or father). The kids that make the decisions for their parents are between 30-65 years old. They are usually, but not limited to, the greater Seattle area. Everyone wants to have their parents in a home where they are close enough to come by and visit; they could be sons or daughters or even grandchildren; they come from many social classes and occupations and all levels of education. All family members are welcome and encouraged to come and visit their loved ones whenever they want. Everyone can have a family member who can benefit from our care at Bellevue Elderly Care.
