When my wife’s care needs exceeded what I was able to provide at home and because of her disease, (ALS) her care needs were challenging to say the least, so knew that not just any adult family home could have cared for her and assisted living and skilled nursing were not good options.
After spending a lot of rime researching adult family homes in the area, I selected Bellevue Elderly Care and it was the best decision ! could have possibly made. Their care of my wife was loving and attentive and even thought my wife.s needs were demanding they were 100% committed improving her situation and they researched many things to both improve her health and make her as comfortable as possible.
I was at the home very often and the owners (Dan and Sonia) are deeply engaged in the care and do many thing to treat the residence like family. The caregivers to resident ratio was one of the best l found and the caregivers truly cared for my wife and my wife was always cared for in a caring and professional way.
The home they built for caregiving is beautiful and bright with large bedrooms and private bathrooms, a large and comfortable great room, it is impeccably clean and organized and had many things to keep the environment bright and cheery. It is also nice to know that they are always onsite and nearby.
While it was tough to admit that l could no longer care for my wife, the time she spent with Bellevue Elderly Care had her under the best possible care and it allowed me to focus on being her husband rather than her caregiver and we were able to enjoy the time we had left. am forever grateful to BEC for making my wifet last days the best they could have possibly been in the face of a relentless disease.
Though my mother lived at the Bellevue Elderly Care for a short time, we couldn’t have been happier with the care she received. All of the staff is attentive and caring in everything they do. The owners play an active role in managing the residents’ day to day needs. They are organized and conscientious and above all care for their residents as if they are family.

I have had the great pleasure of working with Sonia and Dan from before their home was completed to seeing it full of well cared for and happy residents. Both Sonia and Dan were raised within the world of Adult Family Homes and have the skill and intuition to care for elders. Caring for others is in their blood and family tree. Sonia and Dan provide a lovely home, wonderful care and an atmosphere of joy in their home. I am very privileged and honored to be their Nurse Delegator.
